Postage Details
All
items are shipped using either Royal Mail first class or other Courier,
depending on weight.
The
STANDARD packaging and shipping cost is £5.57, however, we do offer second class and Royal Mail
Special Delivery at an extra cost on most items which you may choose at
checkout.
Orders
are shipped every day (Mon - Fri), but please let us know if an item is needed
urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.
Despatch & Delivery Times
Non-personalised
gifts are shipped within 24 hrs & Personalised Gifts are shipped within 3
days*. Please allow upto 15 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item to your
door. 98% of orders (once shipped) are received the next day.
Please Note: On occasion Royal Mail may not
deliver in accordance with their usual timescales. In this instance we are
required to wait 15 days from posting before claiming a loss, thus we are
unable to resend an undelivered item prior to this. For more details of Royal
